Williamson County Archives
Online Index
Welcome to the Williamson County Archives online index.
This index database contains over 369,000 entries describing county records including court cases, marriage records, wills, deeds and tax records. Our database is an ongoing project. We continue to add entries, cross-references, and additional record groups as new indexes are completed. Keep in mind, if you are looking for modern county records, you will need to contact the appropriate county office (Register of Deeds, County Clerk, etc.).
How to Search
There are two ways to use this database:- Browse the record index to see available record groups
